This summer Willye White Park is the place to dance on the north side! The Howard Street Special Service Area (SSA #19) is hosting a series of three free dancing nights in Willye White Park located at 1610 W Howard St in Rogers Park.
Swing!
The first night is Thursday, June 25 from 6 – 8:30 p.m. May I Have This Dance will be offering one hour of free swing dance instruction from 6 -7 p.m. followed by one and a half hours of open dance.
Steppin’!
The second night is Thursday, July 30 from 6 – 8:30 p.m. May I Have This Dance will be offering one hour of free steppin’ dance instruction from 6 -7 p.m., followed by one and a half hours of open dance.
Ballroom!
The third night is Thursday, August 27 from 6 – 8:30 p.m. May I Have This Dance will be offering one hour of free ballroom dance instruction from 6 -7 p.m., followed by one and a half hours of open dance.
Street parking is available.
